This view of the railway is set to disappear from 12 September, when the footbridge at this spot between Epsom and Ewell West is to be removed and the disused subway reinstated and refurbished. This is the view towards Ewell West, with the footbridge in the distance being to the same design as the one to be removed. Class 455/7 No. 5742 approaches with a Dorking train on 4th September 2010.
