Two Eastcoast substitutes stand side by side at Newcastle Central Station. It would appear that East Coast also have a CrossCountry set on hire with two EC-liveried carriages in the consist. This is the 14:55 departure for King's Cross. Here it stands along side East Midlands set headed by 43044 having just arrive from King's Cross.
