Cross Country Class 170 No. 170397 passes the Three Horse Shoes signal box at Turves, with the 15:20 Stansted Airport to Birmingham New Street service, on 8th July 2010. Note the signalman silhouetted in the signal box, responsible for an unusual number of level crossings over such a short distance. With the train approaching Burnt House Road crossing, those at March Road and Whittlesey Road can also be seen behind.
