Ex-Devonport Dockyard 0-4-0ST No. 19 is prepared for its short trip to Whistle Inn, the northern terminus of the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway, on Saturday 29th May 2010. Note the board celebrating the opening of the line's 1.5 mile extension downhill to Blaenavon High Level earlier that morning.
