In addition to the locomotive hauled Floodex services between Maryport and workington the northern end of the Cumbrian Coast line sees a limited amount of freight traffic. No. 66006 heads passed the temporary station at workington North on 20th April with the 6C17 Carlisle yard to workington Docks intermodal service.
