British-built 25KV EMU No 16 arrives at Putra Halt, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a local service from Sentul to Pel Klang on 7th January 1996. This recently modernised commuter operation had only started a few weeks earlier and the full network extending to Rawang in the north and Seremban in the south was not yet open.
