The A1 Locomotive Trust was again privileged to provide traction for a Royal Train working on February 4 when A1 Class 4-6-2 No. 60163 Tornado worked from Preston to the Museum of Science & Industry ( MOSI ) with HRH Prince Charles and Lady Camilla on board. On arrival the locomotive was moved to the demonstration platform where it was displayed to the general public once their Royal Highnesses had departed for their various visits.
