DB No 171 001-1, former DR No 251 001-1, one of the unique DR class 250 electric locos restored to its original DR green livery arrives in Königshütte on 16th May 1995 with a train from Blankenburg. In May 1996 this section from Elbingerode to Königshütte was closed to all traffic.
