The magnificent train shed at Portbou on the Spanish-French border. Portbou is quite a small town but its location makes it very important. There are extensive sidings here necessary because freight trains have to have their wheelsets altered/changed between Spanish broad gauge and standard gauge to continue their journey into France. 5th July, 2008.
