This is 34067 Tangmere in abysmal weather, moments before breaking down, passing Streatham in south London on 13 December 2008 with the Cathedrals Express to Chichester. Me and other passengers being stuck on a following train for an hour while the power was turned off so they could repair the Bulleid!
