On 27th January 1991, diversions pass each other at Addingford, Horbury, formed of new Class 158 units. On the right, No. 158742 is in charge of the 09.25 from Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle while on the left, classmate No. 158734 forms the 08.43 from Newcastle to Liverpool Lime Street.
