Visiting from Swithzerland from it's home location on the Brienz Rothorn Bahn, Locomotive No. 2 an 0-4-2 cog, departs from Llanberis with a short trip to Waterfall Station on the Snowdon Mountain Railway (SMR). The locomotive was built in 1891 in the Swiss Locomotive and Machine Works at Winterthur, at the same time as the steam locomotives of the SMR. To celebrate the 126 years since this and the SMR locos were last together, during September 2018 No. 2 is paying a short visit to the SMR from it's home location and allowing patrons free rides a short distance up the SMR, seen on 9th September 2018.
