On the 27th June 2018, "Repulse", an Austerity 0-6-0ST, built by Hunslet in Leeds in 1950, with works No. 3698 and latterly used by the NCB at Ladysmith Washery in Whitehaven but now preserved on the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, is seen departing from Haverthwaite station for Lakeside station on the shore of Lake Windermere.
