Class 20 No. 20173 'Wensleydale' rests on the fuelling point at her home Depot Thornaby, Teeside on 13th December 1986. No. 20173 is painted in a non standard blue and red livery with a white cab roof, her 'Wensleydale' name being painted mid-way along the red solebar. Only 4 Class 20's carried this livery, another one being No. 20172 'Redmire' which is attached behind. Both locos were eventually scrapped by MC Metals at their Glasgow Yard No. 20173 in February 1992 and No. 20172 in March 1995.
