Class 25 No. 25072 is seen at Toton on 11th October 1987. Although withdrawn in December 1985 No. 25072 was used at a training locomotive at Toton until December 1987, and was acquired for preservation in January 1988, and in 2018 can be found awaiting overhaul at the Caledonian Railway.
