A rare opportunity on 13th July 2017 to see the loaded Murco tanks coming up from S Wales to Theale oil Depot in daylight at a sociable hour, brought about by irregular traffic movements during track closures west of Swindon. The only regular working of a Class 60 on the Berks & Hants line sees No. 60019 easing carefully through Hungerford, slowing for a red light protecting the release of previous loaded stone train from the loop on the Common, also destined for Theale.
