Viewed from the Dorbaum Spargelhof asparagus farm about 5km north of Munster-Westfalen Hbf a southbound Hamburg-Koln-Frankfurt Inter City service is hauled by DB Class 101 No. 101064 on 1st April 2016. In springtime the fresh white stalks of asparagus are a speciality in this part of north-west Germany and can often be bought directly from the farms
