Vietnam Railways Co-Co Diesel Electric loco No. D19E-921 awaits departure from Hue with the 09.50hrs departure service to Da Nang on 10th November 2016. The train had left Hanoi the previous evening at 20.10hrs. These locomotives were delivered from 2003 onwards and are a joint construction enterprise between CSR Ziyang (Southern China) and VRs own Gia Lam workshops.
