TE-036 was built by Henschel & Sohn GmbH in Kassel, Germany in 1942 as a DRB Class 52 and was incorporated into Russian stock in 1947. Converted to run on broad gauge, it was reclassified as 'TE' and given the number 036. It operated in Latvia until 1990 and was moved to the LDZ museum area in 1998. Picture: 26th June 2015.
