Alstrom Citadis 30-metre tram No. 3023 is seen at the Connolly Station terminus of the Red Line in Dublin on 16th September 2005. Starting in 2007, the entire class of twenty six 3 section trams were extended to 40 metres in length by inserting two more articulated sections into the formation. This made them fully compatible with the fourteen 40 metre trams operating on the Red Line in the city.
