DB Schenker Class 60 No. 60001 at Clay Mills, Burton-on-Trent on 23rd April 2015 working the 10:39 Kingsbury Oil Sidings to Humber Oil Refinery discharged bogie oil tanks. A blown turbo-charger is thought to be the cause of the excessive black smoke and as a result the locomotive expired near Castle Donington, which necessitad the train requiring assistance.
