Class 47/4 No. 47616 Y Ddraig Goch / The Red Dragon at Cardiff station on 6th July 1985 just after naming on the day of Canton Open Day. New as D1925 to 82A Bristol Bath road on 22nd December 1965 and under TOPS became 47248 on 19th November 1973 before becoming 47616 on 28th June 1984. She was renumbered to 47671 from 13th July 1991 until 6th July 1994 when it reverted back to 47616. Conversion to 47779 took place on 17th January 1995 and was named Lindisfarne the following month. It was stored at Toton on 5th January 2004 and finally cut up at EMR Kingsbury in May 2007.
