A replica of the Adler locomotive designed and built in 1835 by George and Robert Stephenson in Newcastle stands alongside E-lok No. 111 123-6. It was delivered to the Bavarian Ludwig Railway (Bayerische Ludwigsbahn) for service between Nuremberg and Furth. Over the weekend of 10th and 11th May 2014 it operated a service between these locations via freight only sections of the Nuremberg Ring Railway.
