The nowadays unusual sight and sound of 'proper' diesel locomotives on service trains is fortunately a daily occurrence on the Chiltern 'Mainline Silver' trains. In this view Chiltern silver-liveried No. 67014 'Thomas Telford' is awaiting to head the 0845 departure to Birmingham Moor Street, while unique DBS red-liveried 67018 'Keith Heller' stands on Platform 2 having just arrived into Marylebone with the 0609 from Kidderminster. A more unusual photo opportunity on the basis that the 0609 from Kidderminster was made up of a 'short formed' set of 5 coaches in place of the usual 6.
