The 'Atlantic Coast Express' powers through Walton on Thames, Surrey on the cool Sunday morning of 7th April 2013, bound for Exeter. Bulleid Pacific No. 34067 'Tangmere' appears to be working well, but, unfortunately, the cold, dry weather of the last few weeks had left the line-side vegetation very dry and the perceived fire risk meant that Class 57/6 No. 57601 was attached at the rear to share the workload with the Bulleid.
