Hawksworth Modified Hall 4-6-0 No. 6910 (Gossington Hall) comes off its train from Birmingham Snow Hill at Wolverhampton Low Level Station on 4th August 1965. In an adjacent platform Class 47 No. D1614 waits to take the train forward to Shrewsbury. No. D1614 became No. 47034 then No. 47561 before being chosen to have a special red livery and named Midland Counties 150 when renumbered 97561. Finally Numbered 47973 and renamed Derby Evening Telegraph, the Class 47 was cut up in March 1997.
