Photographed passing Branston Junction, south of Burton-on-Trent on 20th August 2012, was Class 60 No. 60017 in charge of 6K50 15:13 Toton North Yard to Crewe Basford Hall Sidings engineers train that comprised of Multi Purpose Vehicle No's. DR98910 and DR98960 and a solitary IOA box wagon. The locomotive has recently been restored to traffic following a long time in store and has already undergone internal refurbishment at Toton TMD. However, as can be seen in by the state of the exterior paintwork, the locomotive was awaiting its turn to enter the DB Schenker paintshop at Toton Depot for repainting into the corporate DB Schenker red livery.
