Visiting from the East Lancs Railway, Class 47 No. D1501 (47402) is seen at the rear of a shuttle service train leaving Swanwick Junction for (Midland Railway) Butterley on 19th August 2012. The token for the single line is about to be collected at the signal box. Second in Class No. 47402, along with the Butterley based No. 47401,are to celebrate their 50th anniversary of entering traffic in September 2012.
