During this rather cool Summer, the Torbay Express has once again been running with a variety of traction being used. On this 04th September 2011, it is the turn of B.R Standard 8P Pacific Class, No. 71000 'Duke of Gloucester' to undertake this duty. It is seen departing Bristol Temple Meads under hazy sunshine with an on time departure of 09:15. The empty space in the foreground was once occupied by the long closed Bristol Bath Road diesel depot.
