Class 66/5 No. 66514 passes Leyland slowly on the down fast on the 6Y45 Crewe to Kirkby Stephen engineers train consisting of sleepers and ballast. The slow speed at this stage was because the train was going to be stopped at Farington Jn to wait for a southbound service before crossing the up line to access the East Lancs line.
