On the return leg of 'The Capitals Express' excursion to York, Sir Nigel Gresley, standing in for King Edward I, enters Grantham station at the crawl spoiling its inaugral run at Stoke Bank on 31st May 2008. The delay being caused by a late running train off the line from Nottingham being released ahead of Sir Nigel.
