50024 'Vanguard' prepares to leave Penzance on June 8th 1985. As D424 she entered traffic on 25th May 1968 and was named 'Vanguard' on 15th May 1978. Withdrawal came on 1st February 1991 and she was Cut up by Coopers at Old Oak Common.
