I have created an account, but cannot access it
If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to sign up to Railway Herald then please contact the editorial office using the Contact tab above. You will need to provide your full name, previously registered email address and confirmation of your year of birth.
If you are unable to access your account because you have forgotten your username or password, then please use the options on the right to be sent a reminder. Where passwords are concerned, we cannot retrieve your current password, so the system will reset it to a random eight-digit code, which should be used as your password the next time that you log on to the website - on entering this, the system will automatically ask you to change your password to something more memorable.
Please note that due to UK Data Protection law we only discuss details of the account with the account holder.
