My subscription does not show on my account
If you have paid online, please allow 2-4 hours for it to appear on your account.
Normally subscriptions are credited much quicker, but at busy periods, it can take longer. If your subscription is still not showing on the My Account screen after this timescale, then please contact us, quoting your username, and we'll look into the matter and get it resolved for you.
If you have paid using a credit or debit card over the phone, then please allow 24 hours for it to show on your account. Again, we normally credit the subscriptions much quicker.
